About the Role

The Operations Manager (Germany / UK / Global) is responsible for handling all Germany and UK Supply Chain Operations for Crunchyroll Home Entertainment products. This role reports into the Director of Global Collectibles Distribution and is a 3-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage relationships with 3rd party manufacturing and distribution plants
→Ensure timely and accurate direction for disc replication, assembly, print production, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution in UK and Germany territories
→Handle territory-specific age rating submission process for UK & Germany
→Lead process and cost efficiencies across Print Production and Operations
→Ensure authored masters and packaging print files meet specifications
→Work with Production leads to ensure timely delivery of disc masters to replication factory
→Provide ad hoc review and feedback on German and English language deliverables
→Identify errors and verify correct performance based on specifications

Requirements

✓Experience managing territory-specific age rating submission process for UK & Germany
✓In-territory experience leading process and cost efficiencies across Print Production and Operations
✓Ability to ensure authored masters and packaging print files meet specifications
✓Strong communication skills in German and English
✓Self-motivated with ability to work from existing schedules
✓Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
