About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Director to join Cryptio in New York. This role focuses on shaping how we sell by winning important deals and setting high standards for the team.

Key Responsibilities

→Win and close major deals with large financial institutions, banks, and fintech companies
→Set the pace in the office by running in-person deal reviews and establishing a clear weekly rhythm
→Lead by example in finding new business through senior outreach, conference networking, and partner collaboration
→Document best practices for messaging, handling objections, and structuring deals
→Work closely with Growth and Product teams to develop materials and campaigns for large accounts

Requirements

✓10 to 15+ years of experience selling complex software or data products to large businesses and financial institutions
✓Strong track record of winning large deals and building lasting relationships with senior decision makers
✓Ability to set the standard and take work seriously without needing management
✓Proven ability to raise the performance of people around them
✓Network across banks, fintech companies, and crypto firms in New York, or the ability to build one quickly
