About the Role

We are looking for a Compliance Product Manager to join Dandy, a company transforming the dental industry through technology. In this role, you will drive systems and programs required for Dandy to achieve and maintain compliance in new international markets.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive product definition and roadmap by partnering with Legal, Security, and Engineering to translate regulatory requirements into detailed product requirements
→Serve as the cross-functional leader, acting as the primary interface between legal, security, engineering, and business stakeholders
→Facilitate technical alignment by driving the technical discovery and decision-making process for compliance architecture
→Resolve blockers and mitigate risk by identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies and resource conflicts
→Lead and manage relationships with external compliance vendors, third-party audit partners, and international regulatory lawyers

Requirements

✓2-5+ years of product management or technical program management experience
✓Strong technical background with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and technical dependencies
✓Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder needs
✓High bias for action, moving quickly, removing blockers, and driving toward solutions
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating technical concepts into clear, actionable language
