About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Sourcer to join Datadog and play a key role in finding exceptional talent. The Recruiting Sourcer will partner with Recruiters to develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates, serving as the first point of contact for new candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for complex positions using various sources
- →Amplify job openings internally and work with employees to find hidden talent
- →Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and track progress
- →Research and find creative ways to identify talent that might otherwise stay off the radar
- →Map out the talent market, keeping a pulse on talent flow and market attrition
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer
- ✓High sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and detail-oriented
- ✓Tenacious and passionate about sourcing and engaging candidates
- ✓Able to work independently on multiple roles
- ✓Proven track record of engaging talent through tools and turning passive prospects into candidates
- ✓Creative, innovative, intellectually curious, and results-driven
