About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team at Remote. This role involves managing a team of Recruiters and a Sourcer, shaping the vision and strategy of Talent Acquisition, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful hiring.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage, coach, develop, and motivate a team of Recruiters and a Sourcer
→Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with Talent Acquisition team members
→Own hiring metrics and pipelines, analyzing data trends and proposing solutions
→Shape the vision and long-term strategy of Talent Acquisition in partnership with leadership
→Collaborate with Hiring Leaders to meet targets and provide a great hiring experience
→Remove operational roadblocks in collaboration with leadership
→Drive innovation in processes, programs, and tools
→Work with stakeholders in the wider People team
→Identify and oversee high-impact Talent Acquisition projects
→Advocate for global diversity, remote working, and company values

Requirements

✓Proven experience in a GTM recruiting function at a tech start-up or high-scaling start-up
✓Experience managing a Recruiting team
✓Hands-on experience with reporting on hiring metrics and pipelines
✓Experience in driving data-driven hiring strategies and using predictive analytics
✓Solid track record in results and meeting company scaling needs
✓Aligned with Remote's values and interested in finding talent that matches these values
✓Ambitious and intentional about diversity and inclusion
✓High sense of urgency and accuracy
✓Experience managing all-remote or geographically distributed teams is a plus
✓Fluent English speaker and writer
