About the Role

We are looking for a data-oriented, systems-minded, and creative Early Career Program Manager to help run and improve our intern and early career full-time programs at Roblox. This role focuses on maintaining tools and databases, improving onboarding/offboarding workflows, and program managing early career initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage early career operations by partnering with Legal, People Ops, Facilities, Immigration, and Security to support onboarding and offboarding
→Maintain data, tools, and reporting by ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems and identifying reporting and dashboarding needs
→Improve systems and workflows by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
→Program manage and execute early career programs, including planning and execution of summer intern and early career full-time programs
→Design and run events, including post-hire and intern experiences, events, and campus programming
→Execute on campus events for 2-3 colleges, helping design campus strategy and driving student engagement

Requirements

✓Experience working with data, maintaining trackers or databases, and pulling reports
✓Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with databases
✓Interest in identifying process gaps and improving workflows
✓Exposure to automation, tooling, or systems improvements
✓Program and project management skills, including developing timelines and tracking progress
✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
✓Ability to travel during peak recruiting season (September-October)
