About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiting Sourcer to join Datadog and play a key role in finding exceptional talent. This position involves partnering with Recruiters to develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates and being the first point of contact for new candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• →Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipeline for complex, hard-to-fill positions
• →Amplify and champion job openings internally and work with employees to find hidden talent
• →Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and track progress
• →Use research to find talent that might otherwise stay off the radar
• →Map out the talent market, keeping a pulse on talent flow and market attrition
