About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and inspiring Product Design Manager to lead the team designing our B2B identity solutions. This is a critical leadership role where you'll guide a talented group of product designers who are tackling some of the toughest challenges in enterprise SaaS: making complex identity systems simple, secure, and scalable for our business customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, Mentor, and Grow: You'll manage and coach a team of product designers, helping them grow their skills, do their best work, and advance in their careers.
- →Drive the Design Vision: Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to create a compelling, long-term design vision for the B2B product portfolio.
- →Elevate Design Quality: Champion design excellence and ensure your team delivers intuitive, high-quality, and polished experiences.
- →Be a Strategic Partner: Act as a key leader within the B2B domain, influencing the product roadmap by bringing a strong, user-centered design perspective.
- →Foster Collaboration: Lead and facilitate cross-team discussions, ensuring designers work effectively with partners across the company.
Requirements
- ✓Extensive Design Experience: Impactful career in product design, with a strong portfolio of work in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or developer tools.
