About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling for a next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project focused on tokenization and real-world asset circulation. This role requires versatility across static design and motion graphics to create impactful visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
- ✓Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- ✓5+ years design experience, preferably in startup or agency environments
- ✓Self-starter with ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines
- ✓Experience with AI tools like Firefly or Gemini is a plus
- ✓Strong motion design or video editing skills are preferred
