About the Role
We are looking for an IT Customer Success Manager to join our team at Deel. This role focuses on onboarding, growing, and ensuring the success and satisfaction of Deel IT customers, with a focus on improving retention and contributing to the overall company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and nurture client relationships with your book of business
- →Onboard Deel IT customers successfully and partner for long-term growth
- →Provide tailored support, onboarding guidance, and training to ensure customers are set up for success
- →Become a trusted partner to your accounts, understanding their business needs
- →Advocate for good, acting as the voice of the customer to improve our services
- →Proactively identify opportunities to expand and grow our offering within the client
- →Learn Deel's wider product offerings to support accounts in their Deel IT journey
Requirements
- ✓At least 2+ years of experience in customer/client success role
- ✓Fluency in English & Spanish or German is desired
- ✓Excellent communicator
- ✓Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product
- ✓Creative approach to problem-solving
- ✓Previous experience in MDM, End Point security, or SaaS for IT teams is a bonus
