About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team at Deel, a global payroll and HR platform. This role involves leading technical discovery and solution design for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration with client systems and driving successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects, partnering with Sales and Product to address complex requirements
- →Own the technical implementation for new enterprise clients, acting as a technical program manager on complex rollouts
- →Serve as a trusted technical advisor for active enterprise accounts, troubleshooting advanced issues and designing automation
- →Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, advocating for enterprise-grade features
- →Develop and maintain deep product expertise and communicate best practices to stakeholders
- →Mentor and support junior Solutions Engineers, contributing to playbooks and processes
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
- ✓Proven success driving enterprise presales cycles and implementations
- ✓Strong technical foundation in APIs, SSO, and integrations
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC
- ✓Willingness to travel for client engagements
