About the Role
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join Peec AI, a fast-growing Series A startup. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our core systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of core systems and infrastructure
- →Design, build, and maintain tooling, automation, and monitoring for fast, secure, and highly available services
- →Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure new features are reliable and observable
- →Develop and refine incident response practices
- →Proactively identify and address bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies
- →Champion operational excellence and drive best practices across the engineering organization
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar roles
- ✓Deep expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
- ✓Strong experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana) and incident response tooling
- ✓Proven proficiency with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modern distributed systems
- ✓Strong programming and scripting skills (TypeScript and Python)
- ✓Track record of diagnosing complex system problems and implementing robust solutions
- ✓Solid understanding of CI/CD, Kubernetes, containerization, networking, databases, and cloud security principles
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to operational excellence
