About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Metrics Analyst to join Delinea's Cybersecurity organization. This role plays a critical part in strengthening our security posture by transforming complex security data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

→Create and evolve data model solutions for our Cybersecurity program
→Build and automate dashboards to track key metrics and identify trends
→Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and develop queries, KPIs, dashboards, and reports
→Build relationships with Senior leaders to support project and operational goals
→Work with CISO to perform strategic data analysis for executive presentations
→Serve as a trusted advisor for data analysis and decision making

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, data analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
✓Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
✓Experience with Excel/Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables), SQL, or scripting (Python preferred)
✓Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets
✓Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects
✓Fluent in English (spoken and written)
