About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Deliveroo in Bordeaux. This role focuses on managing strategic accounts to implement the most relevant tools for our users and maximize their potential on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage strategic partnerships by creating lasting relationships and providing Food Tech expertise
- →Optimize performance through data analysis to provide personalized support and data-based recommendations
- →Provide strategic internal advice by taking appropriate measures based on analysis and making direct recommendations to the Head of Business Unit
- →Suggest and implement customized promotional campaigns to stimulate partner growth
- →Ensure operational excellence by rigorously following up on field operations to optimize the experience for restaurateurs and customers
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 to 3 years of commercial experience in a similar role with proven ability to achieve ambitious objectives
- ✓Confirmed ability to conduct contractual discussions and convince partners while respecting Deliveroo values
- ✓Ability to maintain quality competitive intelligence and provide real-time feedback to partners and management
- ✓Strong ability to identify, understand, and analyze business and operational data for excellence service
- ✓Mastery of English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration in an international context
