About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Bristol. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing tech company. You’ll be liaising with Wales’ most highly regarded local restaurants, to cultivate existing relationships and help them increase their online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and grow relationships between Deliveroo and top restaurant partners through strong communication
- →Drive restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge to maximize order volume
- →Negotiate contracts and terms of partnership
- →Liaise with restaurant and rider operations teams to improve operational efficiencies
- →Work with marketing teams to accelerate restaurant order growth
- →Innovate and present new ideas to increase Deliveroo growth and efficiencies
- →Be a local expert for your cities, knowing the restaurant industry inside and out
Requirements
- ✓2+ years experience in account/relationship management
- ✓Effective relationship-building and communication skills
- ✓Strong commercial acumen and comfortable understanding and using data
- ✓Results-orientated, with a track record of achieving targets
- ✓Experience in a dynamic high-growth company is preferable
- ✓Self-starter, hard worker and well-organised
- ✓Ability to work autonomously while meeting restaurant partners
- ✓Valid driving licence and car preferred, with willingness to travel
