About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join Deliveroo for Work, the leading provider of food experiences at work. This role involves managing corporate partners in Belgium and shaping the future of food in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts in Belgium, building strong relationships with decision-makers
- →Negotiate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, including C-level executives
- →Cooperate with Marketing and Operations departments
- →Work with Business Development Managers to onboard and grow new accounts
- →Create and implement growth strategies to maximize revenue
- →Analyze business performance
- →Follow up with accounts to demonstrate new functionality
- →Use reports and dashboards to monitor performance and identify opportunities
- →Collaborate across teams to drive operational efficiencies
- →Work on projects with the management team to advance Deliveroo for Work
Requirements
- ✓2-4 years of experience managing B2B relationships
- ✓Driven and hardworking individual
- ✓Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- ✓Creative and tenacious approach
- ✓Desire to progress in a fast-paced startup environment
- ✓Experience in B2B relationship management
- ✓Entrepreneurial spirit
- ✓Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French
