About the Role

The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting Deliveroo’s growth in Italy by driving financial planning, business analysis, and turning data into actionable insights for the local leadership team. This role requires a highly analytical finance professional with FP&A experience in fast-paced, international environments.

Key Responsibilities

→Contribute to the financial forecasting process, working across all business functions
→Support annual budgeting and long-term planning cycles
→Deliver in-depth business analysis to the Country Leadership team
→Monitor and explain business performance versus targets
→Guarantee accurate P&Ls and performance metrics
→Collaborate across functions to link financial performance with business drivers
→Build and improve tools and processes to drive efficiency in forecasting

Requirements

✓2-3 years of proven FP&A experience in an international environment
✓Analytical problem-solver with experience working with large data sets
✓Adaptable and proactive, comfortable managing tight deadlines
✓Solid understanding of key financial processes including forecasting and P&L management
✓Fluent in Italian & English, with proven ability to present findings
✓Advanced Excel and/or G-Suite skills with hands-on experience in reporting automation
