About the Role
We are looking for a City Manager to join our team at Deliveroo. This role focuses on ensuring the success of the cities you manage, providing a magical experience to our users while building a solid foundation for our application.
Key Responsibilities
- →Decline national and regional strategy at the city level
- →Build clear roadmaps to achieve objectives
- →Drive performance with continuous optimization of profitability
- →Structure, create, and improve processes to support growth
- →Optimize partnership management for operational efficiency
- →Develop revenue for restaurant partners on the platform
- →Drive partnership development with Account Manager support
- →Monitor performance and analyze data to identify growth levers
- →Ensure optimal experience on the application
- →Position Deliveroo as the preferred delivery service in your city
- →Act as a Brand Ambassador for Deliveroo locally
- →Develop strong relationships with key players in the food sector
- →Be regularly present on the ground to meet key partners and Account Managers
- →Collaborate closely with Operations, Legal, Marketing teams
- →Work directly with your Client Partner
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience in account management
- ✓Experience in project management and ability to define local strategy
- ✓Ability to alternate between long-term strategic vision and operational execution
- ✓Strong autonomy and curiosity to understand all performance levers
- ✓Team spirit and ability to share best practices
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset and affinity for operational environments
- ✓Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- ✓Fluent in French and English
- ✓Motivation to manage and develop your own market
- ✓Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment
- ✓Proactive, field-oriented, and committed to execution
- ✓Creative and capable of implementing high-impact solutions
