About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager - People Processes to join the People & Culture Team at Delivery Hero. This role focuses on optimizing HR operations and employee lifecycle processes to enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop a deep understanding of HR operations and processes affecting employees
- →Own discovery, prioritization, and roadmapping for end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- →Translate strategy and business priorities into outcome-based roadmaps for employee processes globally
- →Ensure initiatives move from discovery to delivery by clarifying scope and success criteria
- →Act as a connector and facilitator between Product Head, Center of Excellence, and HRIS teams
- →Serve as an ambassador of the Product organization, ensuring best practices are embedded
Requirements
