About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager (Recommendations) to own and deliver meaningful improvements in item & vendor recommendations, customer satisfaction, and commercial impact. This role sits at the center of our marketplace, working with world-class Search, Recommendation, and intent-collection systems that power major brands.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a defined Recommendations problem area and roadmap
- →Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and trade-offs
- →Partner with Engineering & Data Science to deliver solutions end-to-end
- →Run experiments, analyze results, and iterate based on impact
- →Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management, particularly in recommendation systems
- ✓Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing
- ✓Ability to translate complex user and marketplace problems into measurable solutions
- ✓Collaboration skills with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business stakeholders
