About the Role
Join Glovo’s Partner Acquisition HQ team and help drive global growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. As a Business Analyst - Revenue, you will be responsible for Partner Performance (first 30 days), ensuring newly onboarded partners successfully activate and achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the Partner Performance KPIs across markets, ensuring consistent execution of partner onboarding, order activation, and performance monitoring.
- →Coordinate with 22 local teams the GTM of different initiatives, tools and frameworks.
- →Design and track KPIs for partner performance in the first 30 days (uptime, time to first order, cancellations, first 15 orders).
- →Build automated workflows and dashboards to flag and follow up on partners at risk.
- →Support sales, content and account managers in ensuring new partners go live and stay active.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in business analysis with a focus on performance metrics and KPIs.
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and track performance indicators.
- ✓Proficiency in building automated workflows and dashboards.
- ✓Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
