About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive IT support to internal users, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth operations across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• →Provide onsite and remote IT support to resolve user issues
• →Communicate with users via chat, face-to-face, and email to determine problem nature
• →Lead onboarding and offboarding activities end to end
• →Investigate, diagnose, and solve software and hardware issues independently
• →Set up staff accounts and ensure all company platforms are installed
• →Maintain and exceed KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, and CSAT scores
• →Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle
• →Log and process all technical requests based on user complaints
• →Participate in security incident response
• →Enforce and advise on IT policies
• →Manage vendors and procurement processes
• →Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
