About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the Glovo Partners team in Spain. This role focuses on partner engagement, retention, and revenue growth through strategic monetization and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish excellent relationships with partners through consistent communication and business reviews
- →Manage a team of 2 people, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing career development
- →Evaluate team portfolio and KPIs, taking actions to reach goals and company OKRs
- →Execute plans to grow partners through promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance optimization

- →Improve revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets
- →Develop action plans for churned and inactive partners
