About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Product Analyst to join Delivery Hero's Product Analytics team and lead the data strategy for our Logistics Service product line. This role involves moving beyond basic reporting to shape product futures through rigorous hypothesis testing and transforming large datasets into strategic narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the North Star by developing product metrics and leading indicators that reflect product health, customer satisfaction, and business viability
- →Influence the product roadmap using quantitative analysis to provide insights that guide Product Managers and Engineers
- →Drive experimentation by guiding the team on A/B testing methodology, design, interpretation, and decision-making
- →Build scalable analytics infrastructure and self-service capabilities to ensure data quality and accessibility
- →Collaborate on predictive models for automating decision-making and improving unit economics
- →Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other analysts
- →Champion a data-driven mindset across Product and Tech teams
Requirements
- ✓Deep technical expertise in data analysis and modeling
- ✓Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
