About the Role
Demandbase is seeking a Benelux Account Executive to build and own their presence across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This is a greenfield opportunity to establish a commercial foundation for long-term regional growth within a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and execute a proactive territory strategy across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg
- →Operate without a dedicated SDR, prospecting and advancing opportunities
- →Drive net new revenue aligned to a $1M annual target once fully ramped
- →Engage VP and C-level sales and marketing leaders
- →Establish regional presence by hosting and attending events
Requirements
- ✓Proven SaaS sales experience winning new business
- ✓Understanding of modern sales and marketing operations
- ✓Experience in Martech, Sales Tech, ABM, or adjacent revenue technology
- ✓Inquisitive and commercially minded with entrepreneurial spirit
- ✓Ability to build pipeline from scratch without heavy SDR infrastructure
- ✓Understanding of Benelux business culture (Dutch/French fluency preferred)
- ✓Motivated by ownership, autonomy, and upside
