About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UX Content Designer to join our Communications team at Despegar, a leading travel platform in Latin America. This role focuses on creating and optimizing user communication experiences across the entire user journey.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and systematize communications for in-app experiences and end-to-end user journeys
- →Build and optimize complete communication journeys
- →Constantly experiment with metrics, ETR, CTR, Open Rate, and analyze communication effects
- →Drive cross-selling strategies through communications and relevant in-app features
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical capabilities in data processing, metrics, and systems
- ✓Systemic thinking to understand the complete user flow and impact of each element
- ✓Proactivity in experimenting, testing, and continuously optimizing
- ✓Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
- ✓Experiencia y conocimientos técnicos
- ✓Proven experience in designing content for in-app experiences and building communication journeys
- ✓Ability to systematize communications and create end-to-end flows
- ✓Experience with metrics, effect analysis, and experimentation
- ✓Experience working with Figma
