About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Project Manager to join Luxclusif, a global B2B platform for luxury pre-owned fashion. This role will oversee strategic projects that impact the Operations team, focusing on improving product flow through warehouses, optimizing processes, and enhancing order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage a portfolio of strategic Operations and cross-functional projects
→Lead key initiatives end-to-end, from prioritization to execution and delivery
→Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies
→Develop and improve project frameworks, documentation, and ways of working
→Track performance and impact through KPIs, reporting, and dashboards
→Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and partners to align on strategy

Requirements

✓Experienced in portfolio and project management
✓Strong critical thinking skills with experience leveraging data
✓Strong interpersonal skills, including working with senior stakeholders
✓Structured, organized, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
✓Adaptable, flexible, and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced environments
✓Proficient in English, both written and spoken
✓Experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and/or Ecommerce is an advantage
