Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years of experience in technology or digital product companies
- ✓Solid experience in flow analysis, heuristic evaluations, and user testing
- ✓Ability to work with metrics, OKRs, and experiment design
- ✓Analytical thinking to draw conclusions from data and make informed decisions
- ✓Autonomy and proactivity
- ✓Product vision: understanding that design is construction, not just delivery
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools
- ✓Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage stakeholders
- ✓Capacity to design based on the impact you want to achieve
