About the Role
We are looking for a Wedding & Honeymoon Travel Consultant to join our team. This role involves working directly with couples to plan destination weddings and honeymoons worldwide, from selecting locations to coordinating travel logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- →Consult with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget
- →Research and recommend wedding venues, resorts, and travel packages
- →Handle all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and excursions
- →Liaise with wedding coordinators, resort representatives, and vendors
- →Provide guidance on passport, visa requirements, and travel insurance
- →Maintain clear communication with clients from inquiry to post-trip follow-up
- →Stay updated on trends in destination weddings and honeymoon travel
Requirements
- ✓Experience in travel planning, event coordination, or hospitality
- ✓Strong knowledge of romantic destinations, luxury resorts, and wedding venues
- ✓Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- ✓Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- ✓Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client bookings
- ✓Experience with travel booking systems or CRM software is a plus
- ✓Travel certification or destination wedding planning certification is a bonus
