About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, multilingual professional to join our dynamic HR team at Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH. This role focuses on supporting People & Resource Management and recruiting processes in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- βCreate and update presentations using PowerPoint
- βConduct research and compile background materials on HR trends
- βGenerate reports and charts using Excel
- βSupport international teams through collaboration and training organization
- βPerform candidate direct outreach including profile screening and messaging
- βManage applicant chat and provide hotline support when needed
- βPublish job advertisements across various channels
- βTrack interview schedules and feedback
- βPrepare and manage employee certificates using the Haufe system
- βMaintain data through Puls and MAB surveys
Requirements
- βExperience in HR processes and recruitment
- βProficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- βStrong communication skills in multiple languages
- βAbility to work in an agile environment
