About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This role focuses on managing the entire lifecycle of big events from the moment the commercial contract is signed until the event's final closing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events
- →Be the main point of contact between all stakeholders
- →Manage other departments' tasks to ensure timely delivery
- →Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering teams
- →Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for potential user incidences
- →Ensure all project requirements have necessary documentation
- →Presence on site might be required during the launch or other important dates
Requirements
- ✓Degree qualified with a project management background
- ✓3+ years in a project management role or consulting background
- ✓Fluent English and French; other languages are a plus
- ✓Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
- ✓Entrepreneurial individual with a mix of project management and operational experience
- ✓Comfortable coordinating other departments to ensure timely delivery of requirements
- ✓Solution-focused with strong communication skills
- ✓Highly organized and efficient
- ✓Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
- ✓Strong academic background is a plus
