Key Responsibilities
- →Support large scale projects as a member of the Quality Startup Team based on PMI and T-Systems project management standards
- →Analyse project contracts and annexes in German or English to find relevant details
- →Liaise with team to identify and define project and contractual requirements, scope, objectives
- →Set up, support and provide guidance on time plan/project plan
- →Review Initial Financial Business Case and set up financial control mechanisms including reporting
- →Support on creating time plan/project plan, budget breakdown
- →Maintain contact with clients, forwarding and mediating demands, expectations and problems
- →Regularly monitor progress, analyse processes, and make regular status reports
- →Manage and support the daily work of the project team, including facilitating telephone conferences and international meetings
- →Communicate with stakeholders such as Legal, SDM, Customer, and internal Program Team
- →Handle project administration, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, templates and reports
- →Assess Lessons Learned report after project setup
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management and quality assurance
- ✓Proficiency in German and English for contract analysis
- ✓Strong understanding of PMI and T-Systems project management standards
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to facilitate meetings and take comprehensive meeting minutes
- ✓Experience with financial control mechanisms and reporting
- ✓Strong organizational and documentation skills
