About the Role
You will lead the Accounting and Operations workstream within Wise's Finance Product team, responsible for building and maintaining the foundational financial platform that ensures integrity and compliance across Wise's global ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the vision for a ledgering system processing over 1bn+ journal entries monthly
- →Own Finance processes including accounting business processes, master data management, AR/AP and Payouts
- →Define and execute product strategy for real-time reconciliation and assurance at global scale
- →Ensure systems provide functional finance teams with tools to operate effectively across 50+ countries
- →Eliminate operational risks from financial processes
Requirements
