About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise to join Dialpad, an AI-powered customer communications platform. This role involves owning the complete sales process from start to finish, working closely with various teams to convert business prospects into active clients.
Key Responsibilities
- βBuild strategic outbound campaigns and sequencing to source opportunities
- βProspect into target accounts and identify stakeholders
- βConvert leads to opportunities and create necessary pipeline
- βOwn the end-to-end sales process, including discovery sessions and product demonstrations
- βCreate and maintain account plans for strategic global customers
- βManage the contracting process from beginning to execution
- βMaintain a qualified pipeline and meet sales quotas
Requirements
- β5+ years of sales experience in a dynamic environment
- βTransferable experience in telecommunications, contact center, or unified communications
- βExperience in managing and closing strategic deal cycles
- βPreferred expertise in SaaS Sales (UCaaS and/or CCaaS)
