About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the Marketing Analytics Manager. This role focuses on generating reports, creating dashboards, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights for business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate reports on events and trade shows.
- →Create technical dashboards.
- →Connect systems and resolve issues when necessary.
- →Respond to business leaders' queries with clear data.
- →Analyze information and propose actionable insights proactively.
- →Collaborate with Business Units, Sales Operations, and IT teams to optimize existing technology and suggest new tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
- →Manage data from events in the CRM, ensuring environment stability with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Events teams.
- →Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.
- →Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for business reviews and ad hoc requests from Business Units and Marketing leadership.
- →Maintain integrity of marketing and CRM databases through data hygiene, enrichment, audits, and governance.
- →Monitor and analyze performance of event campaigns.
- →Proactively identify areas for improvement in tracking and support strategies to optimize results.
- →Manage implementation and oversight of event data in the business intelligence platform.
Requirements
- ✓Mastery in data analytics and critical thinking for problem-solving.
- ✓Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with precision.
- ✓Conceptual and practical knowledge of SQL databases and query languages.
- ✓Experience in data visualization.
- ✓Experience in marketing and/or product management.
- ✓Experience in data analysis and mapping.
- ✓Experience in building statistical models.
- ✓Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- ✓Proven experience in digital revenue attribution and customer segmentation.
- ✓Practical experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
- ✓Experience working with marketing data (advertising, web analytics, email sources).
- ✓In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com, including reporting.
- ✓Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field.
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience in global organizations managing and analyzing large volumes of data.
- ✓Advanced English (mandatory).
