We’re Hiring – Inside Sales Representative (SaaS Platform) 🚀
📍 Location: Remote 📂 Department: Sales 🕒 Experience Required: 2–4 years (SaaS preferred) Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm CST
🔑 About the Role:
• Manage the front end of the sales cycle including qualifying leads, presenting product information, building relationships, and setting appointments for senior sales reps.
• Play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding adoption of our cloud-based software platform.
🎯 Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute the inside sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presenting product basics, identifying buying signals, and securing appointments.
• Conduct high-quality outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads, understanding customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Maintain an active pipeline and document all sales activities using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
✅ Skills & Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in virtual sales environments.
• Excellent listening skills to allow prospects to lead conversations naturally.
• Experience managing sales pipelines using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
