About the Role
The OneStream System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the OneStream platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →User access management: Ensure users have appropriate system access.
- →System configuration: Set up and configure financial systems.
- →Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues.
- →Data integration: Facilitate seamless data integration from various sources.
- →Financial reporting: Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms.
- →Training and support: Provide training and support to users.
- →Compliance: Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal financial controls.
- →System upgrades: Coordinate and execute system upgrades.
- →Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for key processes and controls.
- →Collaboration: Work with finance and IT teams to implement updates and enhance system performance.
Requirements
- ✓Strong project management skills.
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- ✓Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- ✓Experience and knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or Hyperion, OneStream, or similar ERP systems.
