About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Channel Operations Manager to join Docker's Revenue Operations team. This role focuses on optimizing the success of Docker's Sales & GTM teams to accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review existing channel operations processes and identify areas for improvement
- →Implement and own key channel processes such as deal registration and partner activation
- →Administer the partner portal and work on enhancements aligned with GTM strategies
- →Be a key business partner for Channel Leadership team to execute ideas and strategies
- →Work with Channel leadership to ensure partners are properly activated
- →Create and manage key channel metrics for decision-making
- →Ensure channel processes are integrated into Docker systems
- →Maintain the verified partner list within Salesforce
- →Own channel operations internal documentation
- →Manage implementation of key projects
- →Be the subject matter expert for all channel operations
- →Update partner systems as needed
- →Assist with setting and managing channel quotas
- →Build processes and policies for partner program requirements
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in Channel Operations
- ✓Experience working for a high-growth software/SaaS company
- ✓Track record of defining channel operational processes
- ✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Technically savvy with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tackle & Allbound
- ✓Ability to implement channel policies and processes into business systems
- ✓Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into plans
- ✓Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration
- ✓Understanding of various channel motions and partnership types
- ✓Energy, enthusiasm, and experience in building teams and processes.
