About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in Nürnberg. This role focuses on driving growth through strategic customer relationships and expanding our market presence in the digital healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strategic sales: Manage the entire sales process from acquisition to contract closure, developing customized solutions for clients.
- →Market development & scaling: Analyze market potential, identify growth opportunities, and build our network in healthcare.
- →Advisory: Understand client challenges, identify opportunities, and position Doctolib as an essential partner.
- →Stakeholder management: Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and build sustainable partnerships.
- →Performance measurement & optimization: Use data-driven analysis (e.g., via Salesforce) to continuously improve sales performance.
Requirements
- ✓Several years of sales experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
- ✓Hunter mentality with strategic focus: Proactive, entrepreneurial thinking, and ability to manage complex sales processes.
- ✓Excellent negotiation skills: Persuasive communication and strategic advisory at all levels.
- ✓Results orientation: Ambitious, goal-oriented, and focused even in challenging situations.
- ✓Mobility & flexibility: Willingness to visit clients regularly, with a Class B driver's license.
