About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Representative to join Sierra, a company creating a platform to help businesses build better customer experiences with AI. This role involves prospecting and lead generation, managing relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating complex deals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- →Lead negotiations with existing and prospective customers, addressing objections and closing deals
- →Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and operations teams
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role
- ✓Strong communication skills with professional fluency in both French and English
- ✓Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex deals
- ✓Analytical mindset with ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- ✓Proven track record of identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients
