About the Role

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an integral part of our Global People Strategy team, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on proactive sourcing and prospecting to build and manage global pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles
→Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques
→Foster a "referral culture" to encourage employee-driven talent referrals
→Demonstrate a strong commitment to DEI goals by proactively sourcing and building diverse talent pipelines
→Build strong relationships with hiring managers to enhance collaboration
→Coach and guide hiring managers, providing training and best practices
→Partner closely with business units to maintain a deep understanding of their evolving needs
→Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions
→Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience
→Plan and execute programs and initiatives that enhance TA processes

Requirements

✓1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter for a SaaS tech company
✓Hands-on ownership and leadership of the end-to-end hiring process
✓Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates
✓Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management
✓Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
✓Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
✓Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with native level English
