About the Team
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. As we expand beyond delivery, our In-Store team is building new ways for diners to discover and experience restaurants through DoorDash — from reservations to in-person dining experiences — powered by SevenRooms.
The In-Store division is a fast-growing area within DoorDash focused on helping diners go out, not just order in. Through our reservations platform, we connect restaurants with high-intent diners while providing operators with powerful tools to manage their guest relationships, drive repeat visits, and grow revenue.
Within this organization, the Retention Marketing team is dedicated to helping restaurant operators unlock the full value of the SevenRooms platform. We build personalized, scalable lifecycle programs that drive product education, feature adoption, and long-term engagement. We act as both a trusted partner to operators and a strategic collaborator to cross-functional teams — ensuring our customers are equipped with the insights, tools, and support they need to succeed. This is an opportunity to help shape a growing line of business at DoorDash and play a critical role in helping restaurants thrive through in-store dining experiences powered by SevenRooms.
