About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who is technically adept and financially fluent to partner with our Account Executives and Data Analyst teams. In this role, you will architect data structures, build complex financial models, and demonstrate the tangible value of Drivetrain to CFOs and Finance leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, model, and configure proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations within Drivetrain to solve specific financial pain points
- →Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and VPs of Finance, translating complex business requirements into robust technical logic
- →Design scalable data models and guide prospects on structuring their financial and operational data
- →Lead technical workshops defining business logic, mapping data flows, and building customized models
- →Conduct technical discovery sessions to uncover limitations of current architectures and map out modern planning infrastructure
- →Provide detailed feedback to Product and Engineering based on real-world client scenarios
Requirements
- ✓Finance background (CPA preferred) with understanding of financial statements, revenue recognition, and driver-based planning
- ✓Track record of building financial models, not just presenting slides
- ✓Working knowledge of data architecture (Schemas, Dimensions, Cubes)
- ✓Deep modeling experience in at least one major EPM product
- ✓BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- ✓3+ years of experience in EPM implementation, Sales Engineering, or Technical Finance roles
