Salary Range
$70,499 - $95,381 /year

Key Responsibilities
- →Lead analysis for credit card and personal loan origination initiatives using business analysis techniques
- →Map current and future processes and identify improvement opportunities
- →Review policies, processes, and procedures to identify areas for simplification
- →Deliver end-to-end process improvements that align with strategic outcomes
- →Establish and maintain strong stakeholder engagement
- →Ensure successful change management and post-implementation activities
- →Support UAT, go-live readiness, and early stabilization
- →Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- →Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders
- →Support design of simplified customer journeys while meeting regulatory obligations
- →Analyze and document integrations between digital channels and supporting platforms
- →Assess impacts across operational teams
- →Write executive papers and board papers as required
- →Ensure alignment with emerging future state design (nCino)
- →Provide client stakeholder and people leadership to ensure squad delivery expectations
Requirements
- ✓Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
- ✓Experience with process mapping and optimization
- ✓Knowledge of credit card and personal loan origination processes
- ✓Understanding of regulatory requirements such as CCCFA
- ✓Experience with digital application journeys and credit decisioning systems
- ✓Familiarity with platforms like Apex and eCredit
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Experience with UAT and go-live readiness activities
- ✓Ability to write executive and board papers
- ✓Leadership experience in guiding teams to meet delivery expectations
