About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to shape and execute the organization’s intelligence vision. This role integrates expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Automation, Data Analytics, and Visualization to deliver transformative experiences that drive revenue growth and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define, drive, and communicate the technical vision for intelligence, AI, and data initiatives
- →Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance AI systems and data pipelines
- →Make strategic architectural decisions to address complex AI, data, and platform challenges
- →Contribute to prototyping, proof of concepts, and implementation of technical components
- →Architect, evolve, and scale AI, automation, and intelligence platforms
- →Drive innovation in intelligence models, distributed training, and data engineering
- →Enhance search and discovery capabilities using intelligent algorithms and modern data systems
- →Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies in AI, ML, and automation
- →Partner across engineering, product, design, and other stakeholders
- →Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
- →Resolve conflicting requirements with sound technical judgment
- →Advocate for intelligence-driven solutions across the organization
- →Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers and data scientists
- →Improve engineering effectiveness by championing best practices
- →Model excellence in engineering craft, collaboration, and accountability
Requirements
- ✓12+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- ✓Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives
- ✓Strong architectural judgment and systems thinking
- ✓Demonstrated ability to influence across teams and disciplines
- ✓Experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
