About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager within Personal Savings to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role involves working closely with engineering, design, business partners, and operations teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to product strategy and drive the product roadmap
- →Become a subject matter expert in your product area
- →Deliver business outcomes by establishing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- →Build relationships and collaborate across functions
- →Solve complex problems by clearly defining them and defining deliverables
- →Perform user discovery through interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions
- →Prioritize and deploy activities to understand user wants and needs
- →Work closely with Engineering/Design to define and deliver solutions
Requirements
- ✓Experience shipping successful, user-centric digital products in a fast-growing company
- ✓Be data-driven and passionate about metrics
- ✓Experience in developing and launching tactics that drive growth and engagement
- ✓Experience working on internal tools or the ability to articulate how to leverage your experience

- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
