About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager at Kontakt.io to help build the future of intelligent operations. You’ll be at the intersection of AI, data, and product design, creating products that transform how hospitals operate.
Key Responsibilities
- →Invent and build new products, not just improve existing ones
- →Design and build AI-first experiences that make care operations adaptive and human-centric
- →Own outcomes end-to-end, from vision to execution and impact measurement
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science to ship fast, smart, and simple products
- →Translate ambiguous ideas into strategy and strategy into simple product experiences
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in product management or product design, ideally in SaaS, AI, or data-rich systems
- ✓Builder’s instinct, with a preference for making rather than speculating
- ✓Naturally curious and committed to seeking knowledge independently
- ✓Strong commitment to delivery goals and leading from the front
- ✓Obsession with user experience, making complex systems feel simple and beautiful
- ✓Ability to balance strategy and execution, zooming out to see the whole system and zooming in to ship precision
- ✓High energy, low ego, and a love for fast, iterative collaboration
