About the Role

Dr. Squatch is seeking an Account Manager - Kroger to manage their growing business with Kroger. This role will handle day-to-day customer execution needs and collaborate on long-term strategy within Kroger. The position requires working across operations, product, and marketing teams to support this retail customer and broker partner.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and grow relationships with key decision-makers at Kroger to expand Dr. Squatch’s presence as an omnichannel brand
→Work with brokers and external partners to develop short and long-term strategies at Kroger
→Collaborate with the Associate Director of Sales to build and execute sales strategy for trial, market share growth, and household penetration
→Drive progress with the marketing team to create visually appealing merchandising destinations for Dr. Squatch products
→Develop strategy for trade promotions and customer spending at Kroger
→Facilitate retail initiatives by collaborating with internal product, operations, and marketing teams
→Manage collateral and assets needed for successful outreach
→Provide inputs for account-specific demand planning
→Ensure flawless execution of new item launches and initiatives

Requirements

✓3-5 years of Sales, Business Development, or Account Management experience in CPG, preferably in personal care or wellness at Kroger
✓Experience with large established brands and early-stage companies
✓Strong relationships or prior experience working with Kroger and Harris Teeter
✓Proven success in achieving aggressive sales goals
✓Experience managing multiple broker networks
✓Experience optimizing performance and managing third-party merchandising groups
✓Deep understanding of national accounts, brokers, and distributors
✓Ability to travel when necessary
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
✓Experience in the consumer products industry is preferred
✓Innovative and works with a sense of urgency
✓High standards, takes ownership, and is invested in the outcome
✓Proactive, positive, and has a good sense of humor
