About the Role

Dr. Squatch is searching for an Account Manager to manage our growing retail account in Walmart. This role will manage the day-to-day customer execution needs and work collaboratively to execute our long-term strategy within the retail space.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and grow relationships with key decision-makers at Walmart to grow Dr. Squatch’s presence as an omnichannel brand
→Work closely with brokers, distributors, and external business partners to develop mutually beneficial strategies
→Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager to build and execute our sales strategy
→Drive progress with the marketing team to create visually stunning merchandising destinations
→Develop strategy for trade promotions and customer spending
→Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate retail initiatives
→Manage collateral and assets for successful outreach
→Provide inputs for account-specific demand planning
→Work with the commercialization team to ensure flawless execution of new item launches

Requirements

✓3-5 years of Sales, Business Development, or Account Management background in CPG
✓Preference for prior experience in personal care or wellness in the Walmart Channel
✓Blend of experience between large established brands and early-stage ups
✓Strong relationships with tier 1 mass retailers
✓Proven success in achieving aggressive sales goals
✓Prior experience managing broker networks
✓Prior experience optimizing performance and managing third-party merchandising groups
✓Deep understanding of national accounts, brokers, distributors
✓Experience scaling a brand and pioneering retail sales
✓Ability to travel when necessary
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
✓Experience working in the consumer products industry
✓Someone who gets things done without perfect resources
