About the Role
We are looking for a Head of People & Culture to join EarnIn's People Partnering team, representing the needs of our APAC region. This strategic role will provide leadership and operational support across multiple countries, translating global HR strategy into effective regional practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a core member of the People Partnering team, representing APAC priorities in global discussions
- →Provide strategic HR partnership to APAC country site leads on organization design, leadership effectiveness, and talent planning
- →Own end-to-end People Operations and Programs for the Bangkok, Thailand site
- →Translate global HR strategy into effective regional practices
- →Coach and support managers across APAC
- →Deliver leadership development and manager enablement programs
- →Facilitate group training sessions and leadership forums
- →Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
- →Ensure compliance with local labor laws in Thailand and India
- →Support compensation and benefits administration
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- ✓7+ years of People & Culture/HR experience in a multinational environment
- ✓Strong working knowledge of labor laws in India and Thailand
- ✓Proven experience coaching managers and partnering with senior leaders
- ✓Experience operating in globally distributed, async-first environments
- ✓Passion for building inclusive workplace cultures
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- ✓Experience with data analysis and HR metrics
